Engine, Transmission and Chassis of Hero Glamour Xtec FI Model
Hero has used a 4-stroke air-cooled 124.7cc engine in the Glamour Xtech in which fuel is supplied by a fuel injector. The 125cc powerful engine generates maximum power of 10.7 BHP at 7500 rpm and a maximum torque of 10.4 Nm at 6000 rpm.
Hero Glamour comes with a 5-speed transmission having a wet multiple-type clutch system. The Glamour model is fabricated on diamond-type chassis.

The front suspension system of Hero Glamour Xtec is telescopic while the rear suspension is a 5-step adjustable hydraulic shock absorber. Electricals and Dimensions
All LED headlamp with DRL and LED tail lamp has been beautifully used in this motorcycle while turn indicators are conventional lights to make it more affordable. DRL enhance the presence of the bike from a long distance in the day and a sharp big LED tail lamp made it bold with an appealing look from behind.
The ground clearance of Hero Glamour Xtec is 180 mm which is within one of the highest in this segment and good for the rough roads. Hero Glamour Xtec model is loaded with all features of a 150cc motorcycle. This is the most affordable Indian 125cc motorcycle that is enabled with Navigation Assist and Autosail technology. Hero Glamour directly competes with Honda Shine and Hero Super Splendor. Honda Shine is a good 125cc motorcycle but it needs modernization now. Honda Shine misses out on a lot of modern features like an LED headlamp, DRL, digital instrument cluster, navigation features, clock, trip meters, etc. If we consider these updates then no doubt the Hero Glamour Xtec model is the best and affordable. One can go for this motorcycle without any hesitation.
