Yamaha FZS 25 FI BS6 Review
In New Yamaha FZS 25 FI BS6, Yamaha Motor India has updated its eminent FZ series again in India after BS6 FZ-FI V3.0 and FZS-FI V3.0. Now, FZ 25 FI and FZS 25 FI series are updated with BS6 norms as well as more other modern features. Yamaha FZS 25 FI will be available in adventure sportbikes while Yamaha FZ 25 FI will be available in a naked sports performance bike. Though the engine of both bikes is the same. Engine and Transmission:
This Yamaha bike is fitted with a powerful single-cylinder, 249cc, 4-stroke, SOHC, and 2-valve air-cooled engine with an external engine oil cooling mechanism. All engines of the Yamaha FZ and FZS series are lightweight, very smooth, and responsive.

Engine air cooling and engine oil cooling through an external cooling mechanism like a radiator are a great combination to cool an engine for long route continuous performance in high-temperature weather.
This muscular run machine is equipped with a constant-mesh 5-speed gearbox, wet multiple disc type clutch, and fuel injection technology. A 6-speed gearbox could be more attractive for this bike and in this segment also.
A powerful electric starter has been given to start this bike effortlessly.
Chassis and Dimensions:
The chassis of this bike is a diamond type.Seat height and ground clearance of the BS6 Yamaha FZS 25 FI version are 795mm and 160mm respectively. This bike can turn within a 2.5m radius.

The weight of this bike with engine oil and a full fuel tank is only 154kg. Yamaha motor has used lightweight high strength alloy steel in this running gadget. The low weight of this 250cc bike will be a motive for better mileage and easy handling.
Brake Suspension and Tyres:

Both tyres of this run machine are tubeless. You can travel after a puncture to the nearest service center through a tubeless tyre. A 100mm wide tyre in the front-wheel and a 140mm wide tyre in the rear-wheel build this bike very comfortable and stable on highways as well as far-flung drive in rural or hill areas.

The instrument cluster is an all-digital negative type LCD screen having all essential information on it.
